  11. Decreases blood pressure.
  12. Improves arteries thereby decreasing heart disease.
  13. Improves dementia.
  14. Helps fatty liver.
  15. Helps lose weight and get a flat belly.
  16. Makes one more disciplined as one would have trained his mind to not eat for long hours.
