In a minor reshuffle of portfolios, Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Saturday reassigned NDPP MLA H Chuba Chang as the Advisor for the Department of Roads & Bridges while relieving him from the Departments of Law & Justice and SCERT.
Advisor of School Education KT Sukhalu also has been assigned with State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) portfolio.
When contacted, deputy chief minister Y. Patton informed Nagaland Post that it was the prerogative of the chief minister to decide on portfolio allocation and did not wish to comment on it, Nagaland Post reported.
Meanwhile, Patton has been allotted Land Resources portfolio that was earlier held by P Paiwang Konyak, minister of Transport, Railways & Civil Aviation.
