The advisory issued roles and responsibilities of group admins and also advisory for individuals.
Nagaland police aims to curb fake news, hate speech, obscene materials made viral in social media platforms.
The advisory also made aware various offences under IT Act, Indian penal code and juvenile justice act through which offenders can be booked.
