The much-awaited BSL-2 lab was inaugurated at Christian Institute Of Health Sciences & Research (CIHSR) Dimapur by Nagaland health minister Pangnyu Phom.
Minister PHE Jacob Zhimomi, health department officers among others were present at the occasion.
The lab will enhance the testing of COVID-19 in the state.
