Veteran politician and BJP MLA Y. Patton has been unanimously elected as leader of BJP legislature party.
BJP leader and Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma confirmed this.
BJP obersvers Union health minister Sri J.P.Nadda Prakash Nadda and BJP national general secretary Sri Arun Singh were also present on the ocassion.
Y. Patton, MLA from 37 Tyui A/C was previously Home minister in the TR Zeliang government led by the Naga Peoples Front.
