Like always, even after booking the express parcel under DTDC, i have no clue where my parcel is after 15days. The DTDC branch Dimapur according to their habit which they are reluctant to modify and wont deliver the parcel. They want the customer to run to them everyday to satisfy their ego and then only if their mood permits, they will handle the parcel to them.
They just don’t want to perform their job duty,,, won’t step out just to save their fuel and money.
Then they will make false acquisitions on customers that they are not reachable, shifted from given address, etc.
on calling DTDC customer support, they confirmed the parcel has reached the destination few days back and DTDC Dimapur Branch Office is holding it for no reason or on some false claims that they have made.
Please take proper care while especially books are dispatch into the warehouse… Stop throwing books packing over other packages.. I got improper and torn packaging..

DTDC Dimapur, my shipment 7X111622464 is marked as delivered on 02-02-2026 at 8:01 PM but I have not received the parcel. No one contacted me and nothing was delivered to my address.
Please urgently investigate, share proof of delivery, and arrange re-delivery or clarification at the earliest.
