I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent delivery experience for order number 80331099365. Today, at around 5:47 pm, I received a call from the delivery driver, and I promptly returned the call at 5:48 pm. However, to my astonishment, the delivery driver did not answer my call and, without any prior notice or communication, canceled my order.
This behavior is not only unprofessional but also inconveniencing for a customer who was eagerly awaiting their order. I have a screenshot as evidence of the call attempt. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I trust that you will take appropriate action
Blue Dart services really disappointed us and proved what people talks about their poor services. I have sent a small packet or parcel to Guwahati on 8th March 2024 at 2pm bearing Code No: 16325023050 and its a shocking that till 10.24 today 15th March 2024 have not deliver to my daughter who stays in near Manipuri Bhawan, Guwahati on the high way and its been 10 days. Public need to be aware of these kind of services and bluedart have to improve their prompt services system.
One of the bluedart delivery boy in dimapur by the name of subrodo rex(true caller username) definitely stole two of my friend’s items which were PREPAID items. It was marked delivered on the app on the day of delivery but the delivery boy did not contact my friend at all that day. My friend also contacted the company of which she bought the items from and they said it was an “updating mistake” from the delivery boy’s part. After a few days i personally contacted the delivery boy after getting his number from the bluedart office in dimapur but the guy had the audacity to say “how will i remember the items i delivered after so long, you should have contacted me that day itself”. And also that “he cannot mark the items as delivered if he doesnt deliver it” okay, then how do we explain how he made an “updating mistake” mentioned earlier. Such a poor choice of employees from Bluedart. Utterly unprofessional, scammers and thiefs.
From Meerut to Delhi to guwahati it usually takes 3 days for the parcel to reach me.
I’ve been tracking it and even after reaching the “city destination” I have not received my parcel. No delivery has been made nor any information is being provided.
When will I get my parcel? What’s the reason for delay?
