An 82 year old male patient tested positive for COVID19 by TrueNat and RTPCR on 18th July 2020 and was admitted in ICU, COVID19 hospital Dimapur is in critical condition as per DIPR Nagaland.
The patient has a history of diabetes with open heart surgery and pulmonary TB. The patient was earlier treated at Shamrock hospital, Nikos hospital and then Eden medical center Dimapur.
The patient has a typical COVID lung picture with respiratory distress and is on ventilator support.
As per the report, the patient is critical with unstable Blood pressure. Treatment protocol is being monitored by a medical team of one doctor, 2 nurses and 2 attendants on 8 hourly rotation basis, MS Dimapur has informed.
MS Dimapur Dr. Kasheto sought prayer support from one and all for speedy recovery of the patient.
