In a major decision, state chief secretary Temjen Toy in a press release has said that the govt of Nagaland has decided to give Rs 10,000 to those citizens of Nagaland presently staying outside who opt to stay back where they are at present.
The govt has also cautioned that systems have been put in place to check fraudulent claims and punish such dishonest opportunists.
The announcement of resumption of railway services by central govt has caught the state govt off guard, and is working on a new plan before the arrival of stranded and distressed citizens into the state.
What about those who don’t have personal bank account? I didn’t get even that 4000.
I’m staying in Delhi and due to some circumstances i couldn’t able to return to Nagaland
And i tried to fill the application form but i couldn’t due cus i haven’t applied for the returnee form
And i know about it only today
And i have also applied for the Rs4000 too but still not recieved

I applied twice for return but not reply or any feedback so what should I do now

How do I proceed to apply for not returning to Nagaland
Why only for people who registered returnee declaration form? What about others who trying to sacrifice to save Nagaland not by returning home?
Many stranded Nagas are not returning to their home state not because they want 10k, but because they feel the need to save their people. They are risking their lives in the midst of Covid-19 zone, to save lives of their homeland. Please don’t focus on those who cancelled their returnees form to avail 10k. Government need to have more sympathy for those who ar willing and voluntary to stay back in their stranded places. The gov’t are supposed to give out 10k to those who did not fill the returnee form. High time to take the right decision.
